HOUSE RULES No children under 16 years old allowed in the hot tub. This is a no shoes house, so please bring your comfy slippers! No parties, events or smoking. Please only flush toilet paper to be kind to our plumbing system. Pets allowed but not on the furniture. Any damage caused by pets to the furnishings will result in an extra charge. Not suitable for children as this home is located up a tall flight of stairs and there is a flight of stairs inside the home. Not child-proofed. Check-in is 4PM onwards. Check out by 10AM. No mailing packages to the home. Hot Tub Use Policy Hours of Operation: 9 AM - 9 PM Guidelines: Please use the provided beach towels only. Safety First: Always supervise children in the hot tub. No diving or jumping is allowed. Cleanliness: Please shower before entering the hot tub to help maintain water quality. Health: Avoid using the hot tub if you have open wounds, skin infections, or any contagious illnesses. Alcohol and Food: No glass containers, food, or excessive alcohol in the hot tub area. Plastic cups are permitted. Noise: Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially in the evening. Cover: When not in use, please replace the hot tub cover to keep it clean and maintain temperature. Personal Items: Remove all personal items from the hot tub area after use. Other things to note: GETTING THERE -Frederick is about 45 minutes from Washington, D.C, one hour from Baltimore, M.D., and 45 minutes from the Dulles Airport. -The home is located just off of Route 15 and Rosemont Ave, near Baker Park. PARKING -Plenty of street parking is available. -(Street sweeping happens on Mondays 12a-7a and Thursdays 12a-7a. Park on the opposite side of the street the evening before street sweeping.) ENTRY -Your unique code will be provided 24 hours before you arrive for your stay. The code changes after every guest. The apartment is accessed via a flight of stairs.

Laura’s place was perfect for our wedding anniversary getaway! Her apartment was much better than the pictures! The hot tub and outdoor space was amazing! Her place was also in a perfect location near downtown Frederick. We’d stay here again and bring our kids with the next time we’re in the area! Don’t think twice about this spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was extremely clean and perfect for our needs. Charming, spotless apartment in beautiful old section of town. Well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies and Laura very responsive. Fenced in area makes it ideal for a dog. Walkable to shops and restaurants yet quiet and private. :-)

We absolutely loved this place! It is in a great location. Beautiful place to stay and extremely clean. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Frederick.
